Biography
Mr. Unterberger was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has been admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the Eastern and Middle District Courts of Pennsylvania, the District Court of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Claims, and the United States Supreme Court. He has been admitted to practice in cases around the country.
He graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University and Boston College Law School, where he was a member of the law review.
Mr. Unterberger has taught legal writing and trial practice at Temple University Law School and Widener University Law School, and frequently lectures to lawyers and bar associations, including the National Business Institute and the Association of Corporate Counsel of America. He has also contributed to several legal publications, web sites, blogs and broadcasts, including LexisOne (LEXIS-NEXIS), Law.com, Law Technology News, Daily Journal (Los Angeles, San Francisco), Legal Intelligencer (Phila.), Delaware Law Weekly, National Jurist, Boston Herald, National Legal Marketing Association, Central New Jersey Talk Radio, , Dunlap-Hanna Pennsylvania Legal Forms and Pennsylvania and New Jersey Personal Injury Law Web Logs.
